Join in the fun!
Our Recreation department is responsible to help each individual develop positive leisure attitudes by offering innovative programs and therapeutic activities which not only adds years to life, but also adds life to years. Our activities and events are scheduled for patients 7 days a week. Our activity and day rooms are located on each unit where patients can gather to watch television, play board/card games, have social gatherings, or enjoy other events.
We are excited to share that our Recreation Department received the Best Recreation Department of the Year Award. This award recognizes the dedication and hard work of our partners who provide elevated care and improve the lives of our patients. Learn more about all of our awards.

Structured group activities are offered daily to help meet the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of patients residing in the center while also providing an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment. All patients are encouraged to participate in events such as exercise class, cooking class, bingo, gardening, bookmobile, and much more!
With several hours per day of leisure time (free time) to fill as they choose, recreation becomes a very vital part of each patient's day. The recreation department strives to offer exciting, therapeutic activities daily, which can be enjoyed in a group situation or on an individual basis.
